Paul Migliorino Papers
Scope and Content
The Paul Migliorino Papers, 1973-2006 consists of newspapers, magazines, journals, newsletters, event announcements and advertisements, performance and event programs, souvenirs and memorabilia. Coverage is given to topics related to the local GLBT communities in San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Minneapolis, and St. Paul. Many publications in this collection are political in nature, including “Magnus: A Socialist Journal of Gay Liberation” and “Gay Vote: News from the Harvey Milk Gay Democratic Club.” The collection features documentation related to Mr. Migliorino’s participation in the 1992 AIDS Walk as well as a permit issued by the city of Santa Cruz for the 1981 Pride Parade.

Biographical
Paul Migliorino was from Chicago Heights, Illinois. He attended Homewood Flossmoor High School and Southern Illinois University. He was later a Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Union member.
