Scope and Content Note
The collection consists of proposals for various memory components (1954-1955), memorandum and correspondence about the E101 (1956), the National Bureau of Standards High Speed Computer (1959), and miscellaneous notes (1964). In addition, the collection contains reports and brochures relating to HALLWAY -- Contract NObsr 72747 (1957-1959), beam switching tubes (1956-1962), and Barton machine organization (1963-1967). Photographs include various characters and symbols, including Nixie characters and Texas Instruments LSI technical photos. An artifact sample from the Texas Instruments LSI N21 is also included.
