Scope and Content Note
The collection contains manuals (saved by Burroughs Corporation) that were published separately and independently by Gregory Publishing Company. They are manuals dealing with programming languages and software and Burroughs large computers, including the B6700, the B7000/B6000/B5000 families. The manuals concentrate on the programming languages (ALGOL and COBOL), but also contain a primer on CANDE, WFL, and the DMSII system.

Historical Note
