Abstract This collection consists of the report of the committee appointed by the Duluth, Minnesota Common Council to investigate on the construction of the Lakewood pumping station, resolutions passed by the Common Council relative to such construction, and a draft of a letter addressed to the Common Council in which the Council is asked to pass a resolution authorizing the Duluth Canal Bridge Company to construct a bridge across the Canal at Lake Avenue.
