Resource Manager YMCA of the USA July 2008 – January 2013 Manage resource and systems development projects, including data integration and design, to enhance resource toolkits and business processes. Administers contract complicance and tracking systems for partnerships with local YMCAs in the specialty areas of finance, financial development, human resources, marketing and communications and membership and program.

Associate Director YMCA of the USA April 2006 – July 2008 Responsiblities included managing/administering the YMCA of the USA Software programs; hiring/firing 12 full and part-time staff or consultants, managing the client base of 400+ users, training development and trouble shooting issues.

Software Support Manager YMCA of the USA October 2003 – April 2006 Managed the YMCA of the USA Software Support Department. I supervised 6 Full-time support specialists and worked with 6 consultants that conducted training and did software implementations with YMCA customers across the country.

Member Services Director YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago January 1987 – March 1998 Implemented new membership and program tracking software with 30 branches. This included moving the association from a centralized data processing operation to decentralized data processing. I trained and implemented software with 300 staff throughout the assocation.

Program Director YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago 1981 – 1996 Developed, implemented and managed a staff team of 50-60 in Preschool and Aquatics. The budget ranged from a start of $75,000 to $800,000 when I left the position.
