Historical Note
The coalition was a private non-profit corporation formed by representatives of hospitals, clinics, and other health care providers and civic and citizen organizations representing the consumers' point of view. Its purpose was to improve primary health care in the Minneapolis area by stessing preventive medicine, health education, and early diagnosis and referral.
