Historical Note

The Christ Child Center was located in St. Paul, Minnesota. It was an affiliate of The Christ Child Society of Washington, D.C. The mission of the Christ Child Center of St. Paul was "to meet the pressing needs of children and youth for health, recreation, and moral training and to brighten their lives through a relief, health, and settlement program." The center offered religious programs, athletic and recreational events, educational programs, such as English and citizenship, woodshop and knitting, camps, health clinics and farming programs.
