Lester Lewis Scheaffer was executive director of Northeast Neighborhood House in Minneapolis, Minnesota and helped to establishe Camp Bovey in Wisconsin. He also worked in social service agencies and settlement houses in San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Syracuse.
