Biographical / Historical
Current News was a weekly gay and lesbian publication based in Kansas City, MO. It was first published in 1991 and focused mostly on local entertainment, but it also covered local activisim, such as ACT UP protests. Like many LGBT entertainment publications at the time, it was available at local gay bars.
