Biographical Sketch
Neil Isbin was an author and GLBT and civil rights activist. He was born in Minnesota in 1951 and later relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico. In Albuquerque Isbin served as president of the New Mexico Lesbian and Gay Political Alliance and as a New Mexico Progressive Political Action Committee board member. He also contributed to Common Bond and was a co-founder and co-editor of OUT! magazine. Neil Isbin passed away in 1996.
