Biographical Sketch

Scott Fearing is a native Minnesotan and graduate of St. Cloud State University. He currently resides in Rochester, NY where he is the Outreach and Education Director for the Gay Alliance of Genesee Valley. Prior to joining the Gay Alliance of Genesee Valley, he was a Senior Director at OutFront Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN and pivotal in that organization's outreach efforts. Fearing also manages his own independent consulting business and has worked with numerous companies and non-profit organizations on GLBT-related issues.
