These papers cover correspondence, legal documents, notes, and policies concerning Deb Anderson's lawsuit against Independent School District #709, Duluth for discrimination based off of her sexual orientation as a lesbian. Some of the files also cover the suicide of a student named Dantjuan Taylor who committed suicide and her talk to students and Congdon Elementary School and how some of her coworkers accused her of capitalizing the issues to promote LGBT rights. Cases of harassment that she filed against those coworkers are also included in these papers. There are also some brief files on Collective Bargaining Rights.
