Biographical Sketch of Francis A. Spurrell (b. 1919)
Francis A. Spurrell was born in 1919. He earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin in 1941, his D.V.M. from Iowa State University in 1946 and his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1955. Dr. Spurrell was a professor of veterinary medicine at the University of Minnesota, specializing in large animal clinical sciences.
