Biographical Sketch of Carl B. Heggestad (b. 1930)
Carl Blixseth Heggestad was born on July 19, 1930 in Starbuck, Minnesota. He earned his B.A. in 1952, M.D. in 1957 and Ph.D. in 1960, all from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Heggestad was a member of the faculty of the Medical School at the University of Minnesota.
