Biographical Sketch of Harlan M. Smith
Harlan M. Smith earned his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 1949. He joined the faculty at the University of Minnesota in the department of economics. Dr. Smith's areas of emphasis include general economics and economic philosophy.
