Biographical / Historical
Access for All is a University of Minnesota Duluth student organization “dedicated to promoting disability awareness on campus and around the community.” The organization is open to all students. The organization’s purpose includes, promoting awareness and dispelling misconceptions, increasing support and diversity on campus, creating a social network for students with disabilities, developing a coalition to address disabilities issues.
Disabilities Resources is a University of Minnesota Duluth administrative office. It was previously known as Disability Services and Resources, Disability Services, and the Access Center. The mission of this office is to “promote an equitable and inclusive learning environment by facilitating reasonable and appropriate accommodations, empowering students to become self-advocates, and educating the campus community.”
