The collection contains four pamphlets with information on club officers, meeting dates, members, programs, and bibliographies. One pamphlet has Lydia M. Poirier’s name in it, two have a Duluth Public Library stamp.

Biographical / Historical
This Duluth club studied literature, history, foreign cultures and the bible and gave discussions and book reports.The club was organized by Bishop James McGolrick, who is noted in their programs as the instructor or director. They club initially met weekly, then on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. The membership fee was $1. All of the members of the club were women.
