Scope and Contents

The collection consists of five Bradley Building Company land titles from 1889-1907 and 1920-1960. The building address was 10 East Superior Street, the legal description is: Lot A and part of Lot 2, Block 3 Central Division of Duluth W 1/2 of lot 4...block 3 The abstract of titles comprise approximately 90 pages of photocopies and a map. Title search work from 1976 yielded these copies.
