Scope and Contents
The Duluth and Iron Range Railroad Company, later the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range Railrway Company, was a trustee for Minnesota property held by the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway Company.
The collection contains three land books containing land locations, land and timber sales information, deed dates and records of land payments of the properties held by the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway.
