Biographical / Historical
The Concerned Citizens for the Central Hillside Community is an advocacy group located in the Central Hillside Community Center on 4th street in the Central Hillside neighborhood of Duluth, Minnesota. It is a non-profit organization that provides organized programs, financial assistance, and service to the neighborhood and community. It has 15 members on the board of directors.
