This collection contains board minutes, budget proposals, financial records, correspondence, reports, handbooks, administrative file, and case files on participants in program.

The bulk of these records pertain to the Title V program. The Title V program refers to a work study program which was based on the U.S. Economic Opportunity Act of 1944. This program lasted from 1966 until 1968.
