Administrative History:

The Duluth Living History Project is the work of longtime media professional Glenn Maxham, the former WEBC News Director.  The Project was "designed to bring the history of Duluth and the region alive through a series of videotapes each focusing on a specific topic."  The videotapes were produced for use in elementary and secondary schools.  Each program is 15 to 20 minutes long.
