Biographical / Historical
The Duluth Woman’s Club was founded in 1924 to promote civic, educational, literary, and welfare work in Duluth and conduct programs of interest and instruction. The organization bought their current building, at 2400 East Superior Street, in 1936. The club sponsor activities such as book club, bridge/card events, bus trips, educational programs, evening dinners and programs, fashion shows, Friday luncheon programs, investment club, and service projects.
