Ensign Elementary School PTA records
Scope and Contents
The collection consists of six scrapbooks spanning 1956-1958, 1961-1962, 1967-1968, 1968-1969, and 1969-1970. It appears that many school PTAs chose to celebrate Minnesota's statehood centennial in 1958. The volumes contain classroom and faculty photographs (3 photos 1956?, 1957, 1958) as well as meeting and program information related to PTA activities. The collection also contains a book of meeting minutes dated September 22, 1936 - September 18, 1945, and a Minnesota Congress of Parents and Teachers Certificate of Award for Unit Report dated 1961-1962.
