Biographical / Historical
The Family Planning Clinic of St. Louis County, Inc., was organized in 1969 in Duluth, Minnesota and became affiliated with Planned Parenthood of Minnesota in March 1970. The purpose of this organization is to provide family planning advice, medical services, and education for the residents of St. Louis County. The Board of Directors consisted of many prominent citizen including Dr. E. Paul Sylvester, Mrs. Fred Lewis and Rev. John Severson.
