Biographical / Historical

G. G. Hartley, a Duluth industrialist, was connected with many major industries in Duluth.  He was a general manager of the Duluth Street Railway company when the Duluth-Superior Interstate bridge was built.  He served as registrar in the Duluth Land Office and was active in real estate.  He was also involved in developing the western Mesabi Iron Range.
