Biographical / Historical

This project was an effort by Lynn R. Reynolds to compile a comprehensive guide to the cemeteries of St. Louis County, Minnesota that would include: cemetery histories, selective accounts of interred individuals, maps, comments on grave stone art and ethnic populations, definitive cemetery locations, deterioration levels, and preservation efforts.

At the time Lynn Reynolds was an archaeology student seeking a master's degree at the University of Minnesota. The field work and the product of the project was designed to contribute credits toward her degree.
