Biographical / Historical

The purpose of the Duluth,Minnesota based Killorin Construction Company was buying, owning, improving, selling, and dealing in property. In 1943, the Killorin Construction conveyed property to the Kelley-How-Thomson Company in exchange for the cancellation of all indebtedness. Once this was done the Killorin Construction Company was voluntarily dissolved.
