Biographical / Historical

Perley Knowlton was born in Maine and came to Duluth, Minnesota in 1890. He was supervisor of the Duluth Van and Storage Company and held stock in many oil and iron companies. Knowlton and his wife Ethel had 5 children, including Ralph S. Knowlton.
