Biographical / Historical

Pilgrim Congregational Church was founded in Duluth in 1871. Its first Church was at 1st Avenue East and 2nd Street. Later it moved to Lake Avenue and 2nd Street. In 1917 it built a new church at 23rd Avenue East and 4th Street because the church realized that the congregation had started to move eastward.
