The collection contains:

One volume plat book containing positive and negative photomechanical copies of residential plats of Duluth and vicinity. There is a list of the maps at the front of the volume.

Printed Minnesota W.P.A. Highway Plat Maps of St. Louis, Lake, Carlton, Koochiching, and Cook counties. The bulk of the maps being of St. Louis County.

Set of 1939 Minnesota W.P.A., Project no.5259, Duluth and vicinity Highway Plat Maps. Individual homes are not shown, selected large buildings or landmarks are included.
