Biographical / Historical
The Minnesota Radicalism Project was operated under the auspices of the Minnesota Historical Society from 1986 to 1989. Organized by the Historical Society's Research Department, its purpose was to explore the role of left-wing radicalism in shaping the state's political culture. It culminated in the publication of the bibliography Radicalism in Minnesota, 1900-1960, a survey of Minnesota Historical Society holdings (The Radical Press in Minnesota, 1900-1960), and a symposium.
