Biographical / Historical

The International Toastmistress Club is designed to enable women to develop themselves so that whatever their sphere of 1iving--home, business or public 1ife--they can deal competently with events. This training presents a tested method for personal self-development. Among the lines in which training is given are voice, speech organization, delivery and parliamentary procedures. The Scenic City Toastmistress Club is one of the Duluth Chapters. This chapter was founded in the spring of 1967.
