Biographical / Historical

Vincent Roy, Jr. operated a General Store and Trading Post in Superior, Wisconsin. His father, Vincent Roy, Sr. was born at Leech Lake, Minnesota in about 1795 and died in 1872. Vincent Roy is described as being of French and Ojibwe descent, it is unclear if the descriptions refer to the father or the son.
