Biographical / Historical

The Union Match Company was located at 51st Avenue West and Roosevelt St. in Duluth and owned a match block factory in Spokane, Washington. The company was sold to the Federal Match Corporation of Delaware in 1923. J. L. Wasburn was the firm's last president and John G. Williams the last vice president.
