Scope and Contents
The collection contains correspondence; minutes,1925-1957; reports of conventions and encampments, 1941-1949; an account book, 1940-1950; scrapbooks and miscellaneous publications. The correspondence, 1955, concerns a bill to increase the pensions for widows of Spanish-American War veterans. Three scrapbooks, 1926-1966, include news clippings, photographs and memorabilia.

The Buttler-Wilkenson Auxiliary was organized on September 14, 1925 to promote and publicize issues of concern to the veterans of the Spanish-American War and their dependents.
