The collection consists of news clipping files pertaining to various city problems and concerns. These files were compiled by the Duluth, Minnesota Planning and Development Department. Files are arranged in alphabetical order by subject. The collection also includes photographs that were used in the book Duluth's Legacy, which was published by the Department of Research and Planning in 1974.
