Biographical / Historical
Penelope Turle was born on August 30, 1896 in St. Louis County, Minnesota. She lived in Duluth, Minnesota from 1908 to the early 1920s, and was educated at Duluth Central High School. For the remainder of her life she lived in Duluth and New York. She died in May 1987.
