The bulk of the material is related to U.S. vs. IBM, an antitrust suit filed by the U.S. Justice Department against IBM in 1969. The case lasted thirteen years. Materials related to other legal actions against IBM are included as well. Other topics covered in these materials include software product bundling and IBM's OCO (object code only) policy.
