Scope and Content Note
Contains photographs and correspondence on Burroughs Adding Machine Company (1947-1952) and, later, Burroughs Corporation (1953-1983) tradeshow and conference exhibits as well as lobby displays arranged chronologically in a single series. The correspondence includes memos on selecting exhibitions for displays and reports on successes at specific events often accompanied by fliers, news releases, and layouts of the overall exhibit space. Entries for photographs list show name, location (when available), and date. Many photographs are mounted on fabric backing and were originally held in ring binders and a few photographs are mounted on paperboard. There are no records from 1971 through 1978.
