Burroughs Corporation records. Photograph collection
Scope and Content Note
Contains approximately 6000 negatives and prints of various sizes documenting Burroughs employees, facilities, events, awards, and products from 1949 to 1963. The amount of photographs taken decreased significantly after 1960 and a large number of negatives from late 1957 to mid-1958 were severely water damaged.
Elements of information included for each image are: main subject, additional subjects, publication citation (if published), date of photograph, format of material available, and negative numbers. Personal and corporate names are entered in direct order (i.e., forename before family name). Citations of publications are less frequent with the later images.
This is one series of the Burroughs Corporation Records (CBI 90). Please see the other series finding aids for further information regarding the Burroughs Corporation.
