Biographical / Historical

Harry Mazer was born May 31, 1925, in New York City. He served in the Air Force during World War II and eventually became a full time writer. He is best known for his young adult novels. Mazer was married to fellow author Norma Fox Mazer, with whom he collaborated on serveral books with.
