Biographical / Historical
Albert Roland was born December 9, 1925 in Pinerolo, Italy. He attended the University of Rome and Turin from 1944 to 1947, Bethel College in Newton, Kansas in 1948 and received his masters from the University of Kansas in 1951. Between 1951 and 1970, Roland published seven books, three unintentionally falling under the 'juvenile' umbrella. Titles include Adlai Stevenson of the United Nations, The Philippines, and Profiles from the New Asia.
