Biographical / Historical

Lasse Sandberg was born February 17, 1924, in Stockholm, Sweden. He became a press photographer, a cartoonist, and an illustrator of children's books. Many of the books he has illustrated were written by his wife, Inger. He died in 2008 in Karstad, Sweden.
