Biographical / Historical

Ingrid Tomey was born in Port Huron, Michigan in 1943. She received a B.A. from Michigan State University, a M.A. from Oakland University, and a M.F.A. from the University of Michigan. She works as a writer and as an instructor for a literacy program. Her writing includes poetry and fiction for both adults and children.
