Biographical / Historical

Ellen Turngren was born in Montrose, Minnesota in 1883. She worked as a teacher and editor of a county newspaper among other positions. She wrote three books: Listen, My Heart, Shadows into Mist, and Hearts Are the Fields, in the late 1950s and early 1960s. She died in 1964.
