Biographical / Historical

Miriam Story Hurford was an American illustrator. Her works were primarily published from the 1930s to the 1960s, and includes illustrations for the Dick and Jane series, as well as magazine covers. Hurford was born in 1894 and died May 22, 1988 in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
