Biographical / Historical

Martha Bennett Stiles was born in 1933 in Manila, Phillipine Islands and earned a B.S. from the University of Michigan in 1954. As a writer, she is best known for her historical novels for young people. She has received several awards and honors for her writing. She lives in Kentucky.
