Biographical Sketch

Jenny Han was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and went on to gradute school at the New School in New York where she received her MFA in Writing for Children. Her first book, Shug, was published in 2006, and was written while she was still in college. She currently lives in Brooklyn. Her website can be found at www.dearjennyhan.com.
