Biographical Sketch

Lulu Delacre was bortn December 20, 1957, in Puerto Rico, daughter of Argentinian parents,a philosophy professor and a French professor. In 1980 she married Arturo Betancourt, a physician. She studied at the University of Puerto Rico, and received a degree in 1980 from the Ecole Superieure d'Arts Graphiques in Paris, France. She works as a free-lance illustrator. Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, she loves to travel and has lived in or visited Argentina, Egypt, Israel, Greece, Italy, and England. She is currently living in the United States.
